With the continuous maturity and progress of LED transparent screen technology, according to the actual market demand for projects, hard materials such as PCB boards and acrylic boards are changed as transparent media for LED display screens, and flexible transparent film materials become new carriers for expanding LED display screens. So a new branch product of LED transparent screen, LED crystal film screen, appeared. Crystal film screen is more transparent and softer. How is LED crystal film screen made?
1. Conductive film material is coated on the flexible transparent film, and the thickness of the conductive film is one order of magnitude lower than that of the flexible transparent film;
2. The coated flexible transparent film is subjected to laser etching process by laser etching method to etch out the required connection lines between the LED chip pins to form a conductive film circuit;
3. The LED chip is connected to the flexible transparent film of the etched conductive film circuit through ITO conductive electrode or conductive ink to form an LED flexible display screen, and a protective film is pasted on the LED flexible display screen;
4. The conductive film circuit etched on the flexible transparent film is connected to the drive bar through a flexible circuit board to form a complete display screen.
What are the characteristics of LED crystal film screen?
It uses flexible transparent film, which is light, thin, rewindable, and free to design, and can better meet human needs to a certain extent. The use of laser etching circuit can better control the line width, ensure the same impedance, make each LED chip the same brightness, and achieve the effect of uniform brightness of displayed information content; the circuit can be crossed to achieve a "multi-layer" effect. The cost of the required materials is low, and the installation and use are relatively simple, which can be better used in residents' lives.
